These terms apply to the prize draw offered as part of the Kindly Flow Student ADHD Survey 2026. By entering the draw, you agree to these terms.
One (1) $100 Amazon voucher will be awarded to one (1) winner. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Only one voucher is available for the entire campaign — not one per participant.

The 21-day free planner access is independent of the prize draw. You receive the free access whether or not you enter the draw.
Entry is limited to one (1) per person. Multiple entries using the same account or email address will not be counted. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the published closing date. The draw will be conducted using a secure, unbiased random selection process. The draw date and closing date are published on the survey landing page and may be updated in the campaign configuration.
The winner will be contacted privately using the email address associated with their Kindly Flow account. The winner's name or email address will not be published. If the winner does not claim the prize within the period specified in these terms, a redraw may take place.
Prize draw entry data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised Kindly Flow administrators for the purpose of conducting the draw and delivering the prize. See our Privacy Policy.
Kindly Organized accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or ineligible. This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Amazon.
