1. About our products
Kindly Organised makes two products. Kindly Flow is a digital daily planner designed for adults with ADHD and busy minds. Kindly Adjust is a tool that helps organisations manage recruitment adjustment requests. By creating an account or using either product, you agree to these terms.
These terms are between you and Kindly Organised Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17526457), registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom.
2. Not a medical tool
Kindly Flow is a planning tool, not a medical treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure ADHD or any other condition. It is not a replacement for medical advice, therapy, or medication. Kindly Adjust is a recruitment process tool. It does not provide medical or legal advice. If you have questions about your diagnosis, treatment, or legal obligations, please speak with a qualified professional.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our products for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access another user's data or compromise the security of the app.
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app without permission.
- For Kindly Adjust: share candidate data outside of the authorised recruitment process.
5. Kindly Flow: Free trial and subscriptions
Kindly Flow offers a 5-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial ends:
- Monthly plan: £8.99 per month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Lifetime plan: £179.99 one-time payment. No recurring fees. Yours to use for as long as Kindly Flow is available.
6. Kindly Adjust: Organisational use
Kindly Adjust is licensed to organisations based on the number of Candidate Journeys used. A Candidate Journey is one unique candidate who submits one or more adjustment requests for one recruitment process or job application. Pricing is available on our Kindly Adjust page. Organisational use of Kindly Adjust is governed by our Business Subscription Terms and a Data Processing Addendum, which are provided during procurement and signed before onboarding; these terms of use govern individual use of Kindly Flow and do not constitute the organisational licence. Organisations are responsible for managing their users and ensuring candidate data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Refunds & cancellations
Free trial. Kindly Flow starts with a 5-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. If you don't upgrade during the trial, you won't be charged.
Monthly subscription. The monthly plan is billed in advance at £8.99/month. You can cancel at any time from your account or via the Stripe customer portal. Once cancelled, you keep access to all features until the end of your current billing period. Because you can cancel anytime before renewal, we don't offer refunds for partially used billing periods.
Lifetime access. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase of £179.99. It is non-refundable. We recommend starting with the free trial first to make sure Kindly Flow is a good fit for your brain before you choose the one-time option.
Kindly Adjust. Organisational licences are billed according to the agreed commercial terms. Refund and cancellation terms are specified in the organisation's commercial agreement.
Your data stays yours. Whether you're on the free tier, a paid plan, or you've cancelled, your planner entries, brain dumps, and habits are always yours to keep and review.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we'll look into it kindly and fairly.
8. Your data
You own your planner content (Kindly Flow) and your organisation's data (Kindly Adjust). You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
9. Service availability
We work hard to keep our products available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. If we ever stop offering a product, we will give you reasonable notice and the ability to export your data.
10. Limitation of liability
Our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindly Organised is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app or by email.
